One of the most unique ways to spend a night on the Islands is aboard the 60-foot Slow Season at the Port of Friday Harbor.

Below deck, we offer two spacious, private staterooms, and a sky-lit main salon next to the main galley. The living area has antique furnishings and couches for relaxing.

We are a retired couple from Austria,world travelers and boat lovers ready to make your stay an interesting and memorable adventure.

Each morning, breakfast is served either on deck or in the salon. We are docked within walking distance of Friday Harbor shops and restaurants, as well as the ferry landing, thus making it a good destination for those who come to the island without a car.

A spring or summer island adventure or romantic winter retreat in the San Juan Islands is yours aboard the Slow Season , the West Coast's original cruising bed and breakfast.

This elegantly restored, traditional sailing vessel has in the past received national recognition. The Slow Season has been featured in Northwest Best Places (since 1986).
